I’m a 20-something, Arizona transplant living in Washington, DC. By day I’m a communications/social media professional, by night I’m exploring the DC dining scene, one bite at a time.
This blog started as my 2010 New Year’s resolution to share my baking adventures with more than just my coworkers. I love to bake (and now cook, too), and have since I was a wee one…mostly with my mom. For the last three years I’ve chronicled my dining, cooking and baking adventures here as well as Borderstan, Food Network’s City Eats and more.
In 2013 I started blogging about Getting Shit Done (#GSD). A departure from my regular food writing, the #GSD and Weekend Reads columns are a way for me to share more about my life than just what I’m eating and drinking. If you’d like to learn more about my professional life, visit here.
